Where to steal in Daggerfall
I divided the city into different areas so it was easy to see. There are some great places to gather stolen items and to do pickpocketing near the wayshrine. There are a lot of houses with chests inside of them, but, be warned, many of the houses have inhabitants (I) who will give you a bounty.
